Make control panel Services use Standard tab by default.

I've been annoyed by this for a while and finally found the solution after a bit of Googling. (I swear that I'd looked for this earlier but was unable to find any information on it at the time.)
In any case, you can modify the defaults of any snapin by working with the .msc file for it in a certain way.
So, for Services, do this:
1. Browse to c:\Windows\System32.
2. Right-click on services.msc.
3. Click on "Author".
4. Resize the window and columns as you'd like.
5. Also click on the Standard tab.
6. Do a File -> Save.
That's it. That snap-in will now default to those settings whenever it's launched.
